Huntingdon by Richardsons - my front derailleur was outta whack. They fixed it up and re-aligned it, and now it’s running smoother than ever - all for a fantastic price. Top-notch service.

Richardsons Cycles in Huntingdon is fantastic! The service is top-notch, and the prices are pretty good too. Ady, the manager, is always super friendly and professional. I recently took in a 10-year-old bike that was pretty worn out, and just a week later, for less cash than I thought, it rides like it’s brand new!

I got my new bicycle from this shop. Super pleased with the service. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this place for all my bike needs.

I had a rough time at the St Ives location. From around May 7 to May 10, 2022, I took my bike in to see if the tires were punctured since it had been sitting for a while and the air wasn’t filling up right. They charged me 30 pounds to swap out the tubes. Then, on July 21, 2022, I had another flat on the back tire. When I returned to the same shop, they claimed they had replaced the tires due to a puncture and insisted that the tubes in my bike couldn’t possibly be from their store. The guy said it was due to the brand and that the fitting cap wasn’t clear. They hit me up for another 15. So, in total, I paid 30 just to get some air and was misled about getting new tubes for both tires, according to what the staff member told me.

Recently purchased a forme curbar ebike from the Corby shop - Absolutely fantastic service all the way through. Craig was awesome and super helpful - offering advice, assisting with the Cycle2work certificate transfer, and ensuring the bike was perfectly set up for me. When I was 13, my folks got me my first good bike from Richardsons in St Ives, and they’re truly one of those rare independent stores that prioritize service.

I just got back from Scotland with my bikes, and my tow rack got messed up when a car backed into me. I noticed that Richardson Cycles had one available in Kings Lynn. Luckily, I called and found out it was actually in a central warehouse. I recommend that folks call ahead, and it would be great if the company could mention this on their site to prevent any wasted trips. By the way, Stephan at the King's Lynn store was super helpful—big shoutout for the awesome customer service, 5 stars to you!

I just stopped by the Huntingdon location to have my bike fixed. Ady welcomed me and was super helpful, friendly, and knew his stuff. He had the bike repaired by the end of the day... this is exactly why I prefer to shop ‘local’ whenever I can. Much appreciated!

I checked out some bicycles at Halfords, and let me tell you, the service was terrible and their expertise left a lot to be desired. A friend suggested I give Richardson Cycles in Huntingdon a shot. Ady was super helpful, and honestly, I can't see myself ever going back to Halfords after this experience. He was really approachable, had a solid understanding of the bikes available, and went the extra mile to help me find the right one. When it comes to pricing, there’s not much of a gap between Halfords and Richardson Cycles, but I gotta say, the quality of the bikes at Richardson is way better than what you find at Halfords. I’d totally recommend Richardson Cycles and Ady to anyone on the hunt for their ideal bike because he really knows his stuff and gives his all to every customer.

Highly Suggested ::: A bit pricey, but super dependable and a pleasure to work with.

I had a chat with Carrol, and she provided me with some really great and honest tips about bikes and delivery timelines that I hadn’t gotten from anyone else. She was super helpful in figuring out the right size for my kid and pointed me towards some quality bikes that won’t break the bank.
